Guys we really do back what we are selling. We want you to be happy, but most importantly we want it to work.  So don’t fret, this isn’t a risk. If you don’t start seeing the results you’re looking for with in the first 50 days, send it back. No games, no tricks… just good ole fashion handshake dealing. We will refund what you paid.

1.Refund requests must be made within 45 days of delivery date. The Device needs to be verified and returned to our building within 50 days, we ask you send us notice before 45 days to give yourself that 5 day buffer until the deadline. B-Potent will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities,
such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under B-Potent’ s one year
limited warranty policy will be replaced at B-Potent’s cost.


  1. A copy of the B-Potent credit card purchase receipt or a copy of the original
    invoice may be requested prior to B-Potent Customer Service issuing a Return
    Authorization.

  2. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original
    accessories, literature and other components. B-Potent reserves the right to reject any
    refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or
    other original components are missing.

  3. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product;
    to request an RA number, please email or call 1-833-BPotent, and provide the
    following information:
    Name
    Address
    Phone
    Reason for Refund
    Date of Purchase

    5 Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package.


6 A copy of the B-Potent credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
B-Potent invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.


  1. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as
    specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

  2. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
    customer via ground shipment.

  3. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to B-Potent’s
    NJ warehouse. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or
    insured; B-Potent is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
  4. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

  5. Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending
    qualification and subject to above criteria.
